This summer has not been a quiet one for Petur Larsen. During July the two BAADER engineers, Atli Larsen and Rajmund Marcinowicz, have been on a regular maintenance task in Greenland. This tour is due to the service agreement Royal Greenland and Petur Larsen have made. This time around the two BAADER engineers have travelled to Maniitsoq, Sisimiut, Kangaatsiaq, Paamiut, Qaqortoq and Nanortalik. The area coveres the north and south part of Greenland as well as the destination artic circle.

Maintaining BAADER machines

On this trip, Atli Larsen and Rajmund Marcinowicz have restored, maintained, trimmed and adjusted quite a few BAADER 189 and BAADER 184 filleting machines; BAADER 51 skinning machines and one BAADER 192, which is used in a fish factory in Maniitsoq.

Service agreement secures a better-operating result

BAADER service engineers from Petur Larsen frequently visit Greenland. This is mainly due to a service agreement between Royal Greenland and Petur Larsen, which means that Petur Larsen takes care of maintaining all BAADER machines Royal Greenland owns. With the service agreement, Royal Greenland is able to land a better-operating income since a consistent maintenance program minimises production stops and provides better yield.
