AUCTION: BAADER 697 – Bone Separator

BAADER 697 Bone Separator

This machine separates the raw fish meat from the bones, fins, and skin of the fish. It is mainly used for processing pin bone stripes and similar pieces of raw fish. Depending on the perforated drum’s hole size, the fish farce obtained is either coarse or fine. This particular machine comes with a 3mm perforated drum.

The separator’s capacity lies midway between those of the BAADER 694 and 699, from which it was developed to provide even greater reliability and ease of operation. The input side has been redesigned to accept coarser raw material, such as collarbones, and permit more convenient feeding.

The BAADER 697 combines the advantages of outstanding quality, ease of maintenance, robust construction, and perfect hygiene of other BAADER separators. The design is based on many years of experience. Only high-grade materials are used in its construction.
