The daily BAADER maintenance plan
The first part is built on a custom-made maintenance plan based on the BAADER machines you use in the production. After your customised maintenance list is delivered, a service engineer from Petur Larsen will go through the list together with your engineers to ensure that everyone agrees on how the daily maintenance tasks are carried out.
With the proper education and plan your engineers will have the necessary tools to prioritise what tasks are essential to carry out each day to minimise the risk of unplanned production-stops and reducing the loss of yield.
The regular proactive service checks
The second part secures you a constant high yield outcome and makes sure that your machines stay in a healthy condition. Based on how your production environment looks like a plan is formed to ensure the state of your machinery. A BAADER engineer from Petur Larsen follows up on the program and inspects your machines on a regular basis and makes the all necessary adjustments and maintenance that isn’t part of the daily maintenance schedule.
