The FOMACO M3 was introduced in 2007 and is part of Fomaco’s latest series of high-quality injector and tenderizer machines. It is highly adaptable and flexible, allowing the operator full authority of movement and height. An easy-to-use operator panel with the Remote Device Manager (RDM) offers an immediate connection to the Danish Fomaco facilities, allowing for direct updates, product service and a range of preprogrammed configurations. The ‘box-in-box’ build of the machine keeps evaporation, aerial salts and water from getting access to the controls and electrical components. Optimal production is ensured by height-adaptable spindle motors, full control of the needle head’s motion range and linear acceleration in the infusion process. The machine is self-cleaning and an examination of the interior is made easy with large windows in the upper doors.
