BAADER 185 Whitefish Filleting Machine
This machine processes headed and gutted cod, saithe, haddock merluze and fish with similar bone structure with an overall length of 50-100 cm (=1,0-8,5 kg gutted and with head).
BAADER 185 is equipped with bone cutter. A collarbone or pinbone cutter can be attached as optional equipment. Only one operator high capacity, optimum product quality and increased yield are the new standards for economy.
